Wetlands & Stormwater: Branch Info


Archdale Building

The Wetlands & Stormwater Branch is a regulatory body dedicated to administering permits and certifications dealing with activity in or around streams, wetlands and dealing with excess rainfall management. 

The Branch is comprised of five units:

  • 401 Oversite/Express Permitting
  • Transportation Permitting
  • Program Development
  • Stormwater Permitting
  • NPS Assistance and Compliance Oversight
