If you prefer, you can complete and email an Application for Approval of AW Continuing Education Training and reference the ID#(s).
If you offer two or more approved courses back-to-back, please indicate how you would like them handled: as individual course offerings or as a single block of training.
Expired Courses: Approval can be extended, as long as the content hasn’t changed and is still relevant. |
