Stormwater Unit :: Notice of Draft NPDES Phase II Stormwater General and Individual Permits

Individual and general draft permits have been developed for point source discharges of stormwater from small municipal separate storm sewer systems discharging to the waters of North Carolina.  Both the individual and general draft permits have been made available for public comment.  Four public hearings have been scheduled across the state to gather comments on the draft general permits.
