SW Management Program Permit Application (SWU-101)	Main application form for State Stormwater permits and Phase II permits that will be reviewed by the State. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UNION AND MECKLENBURG COUNTY PROJECTS: New development activities in the Goose Creek, Waxhaw Creek, and Sixmile Creek watersheds may be subject to more stringent design requirements as a result of an Administrative Law Judge ruling and EMC decisions relating to the protection of the Carolina Heelsplitter. Please contact the SPU for more information before applying for a Post-Construction Permit in these areas. Refer to this map of these watersheds.
401 Water Quality Certifications Application	Main application form for 401 Water Quality Certifications (If the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers determines that a 404 Permit is required because your proposed project involves impacts to wetlands or waters, then a 401 Water Quality Certification is also required.)
