IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UNION AND MECKLENBURG COUNTY PROJECTS: New development
activities in the Goose Creek, Waxhaw Creek, and Sixmile Creek watersheds may be subject to more stringent design requirements as a result of an Administrative Law Judge ruling and EMC decisions relating to the protection of the Carolina Heelsplitter. Please contact the SPU for more information before applying for a Post-Construction Permit in these areas. Refer to this map of these watersheds. |
