Note on Minimum Design Criteria: Any references to the 15A NCAC 2H .0200 rules will be overridden by the new 2T Rules. One change to the rules that is not currently reflected in the Minimum Design Criteria for Pump Stations and Force Mains is the available power reliability option. No longer will wet well storage be an acceptable reliability option for pump stations. Stations over 15,000 gallons per day require a permanent generator and those under require a portable generator receptacle. All stations now require telemetry/auto-dialer in addition to audible and visual alarms.
