Below is a list of the most frequently used sections of the Clean Water Act. Since most requests to the Division refer to the initial numbers of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended by the Clean Water Act, and not the US Code Section numbers, we have provided the following table to enable an easy reference to the proper Code numbers.
